Competent Person Statement

The information in the prospectus that relates to the technical assessment of mineral assets, exploration targets and/or exploration results is based on information compiled by Mr Martin Spivey, a Competent Person who is a Member of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy. Mr Spivey is an employee of CUS and a shareholder of CUS. The Prospectus contains details of an offer by Copper Search Limited (ACN 650 673 500) (Company) for fully paid ordinary shares in the Company as detailed in the Prospectus (Offer). The Offer is subject to a minimum subscription as detailed in the Prospectus. No shares will be issued or transferred on the basis of the Prospectus after the expiry date, being 13 months after the date of the Prospectus. EXPOSURE PERIOD
